1. Who we are
Zyrexos is an independent fleet-management software brand based in the United Arab Emirates. In this notice, “Zyrexos”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Zyrexos platform operator identified in your subscription documents when it determines how personal data is processed.
For customer organisations using Zyrexos to manage their own passengers, drivers and bookings, the customer may be the controller and we may process data on its instructions.
2. Information we handle
Depending on how you use the website, apps and platform, we may handle account and contact details; company and billing information; reservations, passenger details and trip notes; driver and vehicle records; trip location and status data; support communications; device, log and usage information; and limited payment-related records.
Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details through support or demo forms.
3. Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service; create and manage accounts; process bookings and operational workflows; support dispatch and trip tracking; administer subscriptions and invoices; respond to enquiries; improve reliability and usability; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Where required by applicable law, we rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, consent, and other lawful grounds available in the relevant jurisdiction.
5. Location information
Driver and trip location may be processed while location-enabled operational features are in use. This supports dispatch, trip progress, passenger coordination and related service functions. Device settings may allow location permissions to be managed, though disabling them can limit operational features.
6. Payments
Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors. Zyrexos is not intended to store full card numbers or card security codes. Processors handle payment data under their own terms and privacy notices.
7. Sharing
We may share information with authorised personnel of the customer organisation, hosting and infrastructure providers, communications and support providers, payment processors, integration partners selected by the customer, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and parties involved in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
Service providers and users may be located in different countries. Where required, we apply appropriate contractual, organisational or other safeguards to cross-border transfers.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support the customer relationship, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and protect legitimate interests. Retention periods vary by data type and contractual context.
10. Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for managing authorised users and protecting account credentials.
11. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, request portability, and complain to a regulator. If your data was provided by a Zyrexos customer, contact that organisation first; we will assist it as required.
12. Children
Zyrexos is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly invite children to create platform accounts.
13. Changes and contact
